ESTATE SANGIOVESE 2012

Gorgeous ruby red with beautiful and intense aromas of red fruit, strawberry, spice and cedar. It is delicate and feminine in the mouth with elegant flavors of red berry and plum. Carefully balanced and naturally supple and smooth.  We harvested eight acres of VCR 06 Grosso clone Sangiovese from our Estate Cali Vineyard to produce

this wine. This clone is great for producing large berries. We aged this wine in neutral puncheons which minimizes the impact to the fruit and results in the most natural expression of the grape.
