Aromas of smoke followed by bacon fat and cured meats that give way to a more elegant undertone of black cherry, vanilla and caramel. Gently balanced

acids are followed up by a complex tannic structure.  This beautiful wine is complex in flavor and deep red in color, and hails from our Estate Cali Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley. Once you’ve recovered from the wine induced coma brought on by smelling this beauty, you will again be awed at the mouthfeel of this wine. We aged this wine in French 300 liter barrels for 16 months.
